Our guarantee:

“Lightwave gives a Ten Year Guarantee to the original owner against defects in materials and craftmanship. Should any flaw appear due to defective materials or craftmanship, Lightwave will repair or replace the product at no cost to the owner. If damage is determined to be the result of normal wear and tear, abuse or accident, repairs will be made at a reasonable cost. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.”

Lightwave endeavours to be as reasonable and supportive as possible towards its customers. It has appointed agents to act as independent arbiters of what constitutes a return under warranty or a repair.

Repairs & spares

We want you to enjoy your Lightwave product for as long as possible. We offer a repair service and replacement parts for all our products insofar as possible. For spare parts (tent poles etc), please go to the SPARES section at the bottom of the SHOP menu. For repairs, you can contact us by email on carol@odl.uk.com
