The Lightning peg is our standard issue with all our tents (although our premium models have several types supplied). Made from extruded 7001-T6 aluminium, their best feature is that they don’t bend (or very rarely). Additionally, they are light, extremely tough – they don’t mind a bit of hammering – and their square cross-section prevents twisting or spinning. A fantastic all-round peg and the best available for really hard ground.
